David founded Radiant in 2004 after moving from the UK, where he had already built a successful floor heating business. With deep expertise in logistics, business and heating solutions, he has led Radiant’s growth with a clear vision: customer first, quality always. His passion for product innovation and building strong teams continues to shape everything we do.
Dave Arkless
IT Director
With more than 15 years at Radiant, Dave has transformed the way we work. From ERP and website integrations to EDI systems, his focus is on creating seamless, smart processes that make life easier for both our team and our customers. Fun fact: If you ever hear someone named “John” answer the phone — that’s Dave. Two Davids in one office meant some creativity was required!
Richard Sleat
Operations Director
Richard has been a key part of Radiant for over 13 years, bringing with him a wealth of logistics and operational expertise. He ensures our supply chain and warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting our growth every step of the way. A hands-on leader, Richard is just as comfortable on the phones as he is shaping strategy — embodying the practical, customer-focused spirit that defines Radiant.
